  • Net worth means the retained earnings balance of the credit union a quarter end as determined under generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Retained earnings consist of undivided earnings, regular reserves, and any other appropriations designated by management or regulatory authorities.
  • Net worth ratio is the ratio of net worth of the credit union to the total credit union assets. Total assets can be defined in one of four ways (see 12 CFR Par 702.2(j))
  • This calculator defines assets as quarter-end assets
