NCUA's PCA Proposal

This page has a variety of information on the NCUA's proposal to reform Prompt Corrective Action (PCA), which follows significant discussions between NCUA, CUNA and others in the credit union movement. The proposal is not yet final, and CUNA continues to discuss improvements with NCUA.

 NCUA Proposed Risk Assets Calculator

The risk asset calculator will provide your credit union with your estimated risk assets and proposed risk-based networth and leverage ratio, along with your current networth ratio. These are based on NCUA’s proposed revisions to Prompt Corrective Action (PCA). The calculator is driven by your 5300 call report with the exception of the breakout of the business real estate loans. You will be asked to enter in that data on the front page.
