Tony formed and manages a company, Cash Flow Management, LLC in order to assist business owners to improve their cash flows through cash management techniques. Prior to starting Cash Flow Management, LLC, he was Vice President – Business Lending at a $500 million credit union in Wisconsin. Prior to his experience in the credit union for three years, he spent over 25 years in the banking industry focusing on business lending services, including extensive experience with the SBA guaranteed loan programs. Tony left the banking industry in 1999 as president of a bank in Wisconsin. In addition, Tony has been active in giving presentations to many business groups and classes on how to prepare and use business plans and how to manage business cash flows.

Currently, Tony is assisting CUNA with its member business services initiatives. He is providing consultative services to credit unions, authored multiple articles for CUNA, and has been an instructor at CUNA schools.

  • Certified SBA lender.
  • Created and managed credit departments.
  • Managed business loan departments at several banks and in a credit union.
  • Strong experience making presentations to business people relating to business plans and cash flow management.
  • Extensive experience in environmental lending.
  • Participated in the development of community business loan funds for businesses located in the community.
  • Experienced in designing and managing sales call programs in support of business development efforts.
  • Member of senior management teams at several banks, bank president, and vice president of member business loans at a $500 million credit union for three years.

INDUSTRY INVOLVEMENT

  • Participated in Wisconsin’s Governor’s Conference on environmental lending.
  • Former member of RMA Loan Management Seminar Board of Regents.
  • Testified in support of the credit union Member Business Rule in Wisconsin.
  • Participated in the hearings by the Director of Office of Credit Unions in Madison to revise the Member Business Loan rules in Wisconsin.
  • Published “A Plan For Dealing With Environmental Risk In Your Loan Portfolio” in Commercial Lending Review, Spring, 1991.
