Frequently Asked Questions
Are the results confidential?
Yes. No one at the credit union can review individual responses.
Does this assessment evaluate the CEO too?
No, however many credit union CEOs take the assessment if they are on the board
or if the board wants additional feedback.
Can those being assessed start the assessment one day and finish it the next?
The system will not save responses. Therefore, plan to complete the assessment in one sitting
or start over again another day.
Can those being assessed review responses after completing the assessment?
Once a user completes the assessment, their assessment link no longer works. The
user will receive an error message if they try to go back and review responses.
If an administrator inadvertently clicks on a link already sent out, does
it invalidate the link?
The link becomes disabled only when a director completes the survey.
Our CEO decided to take the assessment after I sent all the links to the
board. Is it too late to add another user?
The assessment administrator can create as many new links as necessary while
the assessment is in progress/open.
We completed the assessment but several directors wanted to go back and fill out the
Self Assessment portion. They keep getting error messages. What’s happening?
Once you complete the survey and log out, the link is inactive. The assessment administrator
can open another link and have the directors take just the self assessment. REMEMBER TO
DELETE THE 'EXTRA' LINK CREATED. To avoid this issue, ensure that everyone will complete the
assessment in its entirety (including the self assessment portion) in one sitting.
When the assessment administrator sends directors an e-mail link, does that
take them directly to the survey? Do directors have to remember a username and
password?
When directors click on the link sent to them via e-mail, they will go directly
to the survey site without using a username or password.
What if some of my directors don't have access to a computer?
The assessment administrator can create a link for these directors, print out the
assessment, and have directors complete them on paper. The assessment administrator
then can input the responses. However, to maintain complete confidentiality, it
might be better to have the directors take their assessments on a credit union computer.
How much time should I give the board to complete the assessment?
CUNA recommends about 30 minutes.
How do I know if all the directors have taken the assessment?
The assessment administrator can go into the Survey Detail page, and it will say "yes"
or "no" under the "completed" column and next to each link sent out.
All of our users have completed the assessment. When will I see the results?
After everyone has completed their assessment, close the survey, hit refresh, and your
reports will be available to download.
